How a project runs

  1. No. 01

    Discover

A short call or questionnaire to understand your goals, audience, and what "done well" looks like for this project.

  2. No. 02

    Concept

A first direction, grounded in what we discussed, not a guess. You see real options, not a blank page.

  3. No. 03

    Build

The real work happens here: pages get built or assets get designed, with clear checkpoints so nothing is a surprise.

  4. No. 04

    Refine

Your feedback, applied. Structured revision rounds keep this stage fast instead of endless.

  5. No. 05

    Launch & Support

Your site goes live or your files are delivered, with a short support window for questions after handoff.

Common questions

How long does a project take?

As a starting point, a website usually takes 2–4 weeks, a brand identity 1–3 weeks, and a single graphic 3–5 days, depending on scope and how quickly feedback comes back.

How many revisions do I get?

Two structured rounds are included in every project. Additional rounds can be added if you need more room to explore.

Do I own the files when we're done?

Yes. Once a project is paid in full, all final source files are yours to keep.

Do you handle hosting and maintenance?

Not by default, but I'm happy to set it up or point you to a simple option, and ongoing support can be arranged if you'd like it.

How does payment work?

Typically a deposit to begin and a final payment at delivery. The exact split gets confirmed for your specific project when we scope it out.

How do we communicate during the project?

The quote form is the best way to kick things off; from there it's mostly email, with a call whenever it's useful to talk something through.
